Travel Asia provides the following services:
Tourist, business, work, and student visa processing for all countries
Domestic and international flight booking and reservations
Complete Umrah and Hajj packages with accommodation and transport
Hotel bookings, travel insurance, and customized tour packages
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Travel Asia.
Prices quoted are subject to change without prior notice until the booking is confirmed and payment is received.
Full or partial advance payment is required at the time of booking as specified for the respective service.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay payment gateway. We accept credit cards, debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other payment methods supported by Razorpay.
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.
A confirmation receipt will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment.
Travel Asia reserves the right to cancel a booking if payment is not received within the specified time frame.
⚠️ Important: Travel Asia acts as a facilitator for visa applications. The final decision on granting or rejecting a visa rests solely with the respective embassy or consulate.
We do not guarantee the approval of any visa application. Visa decisions are made solely by the respective embassy or consulate.
Customers must provide accurate and complete documentation as required for their visa application.
Any false or misleading information provided by the customer may result in visa rejection, and Travel Asia shall not be held responsible.
Visa processing fees are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the embassy/consulate.
Processing times are estimates and may vary depending on the embassy/consulate workload.
Travel Asia is not responsible for any delays caused by the embassy, consulate, or any government authority.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. Minors must be accompanied by or have consent from a parent or legal guardian.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking and application process.
You are responsible for ensuring the validity of your travel documents including passport, visa, and any other required documentation.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes.
You must comply with the rules, regulations, and laws of the destination country.
Travel Asia shall not be liable for:
Any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of third-party services including airlines, hotels, or transport providers.
Visa rejection or delays by embassies or consulates.
Flight cancellations, delays, or changes imposed by airlines.
Natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or any force majeure events affecting travel plans.
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, and software, is the property of Travel Asia and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or republish any content from our website without prior written consent from Travel Asia.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
Travel Asia reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
